Day #6 of moving Dana to Las Vegas consisted of going out on the town! On our way out we needed to stop off at Walmart.
We noticed this car that had two stickers on it so we got a little closer so we could see what they said, yep, you guessed it, notice to tow. If you look closely, there were already two white ones placed on the car that have been ripped off!! lol As we went by the stalled black vehicle, we came across a van with these girls taking everything out of the van and lining the stuff up around the curb and all over the parking lot. I saw tons of shoes and handbags...it almost looked like a yard sale...we still don't know what they were doing! Crazy! Down the road at the corner, I have no idea what this group of people were doing because there was nothing going on to see or picket or do and their cars were parked all along the side of the street so we're going to go with Pokemon Go. We drove past Wayne Newton's tourist locale and looked up to see if he was in Vegas performing...and he was...he still charges $75 dollars per person to see his show...and that is the cheap seats!! lol Go Wayne! We usually start out and end up at Harrah's. We like that old man and woman statue with their Poodle we named Fifi and their suitcase overflowing with money like they're big-spenders or something!! We like it there at Harrah's and have made some friends that work there over the last 8 or so years. Margaritaville has changed quite a bit from what it was the last time I was there and I didn't notice the card flippers out on the sidewalks like always before. They still continue to let people come on the strip dressed in costume...or not...and take pictures with the tourists for a fee. Elvis is common, Minions, Star Wars characters, Vegas raunchy showgirls, and I about lost it when I saw a nun standing there in her habit...minus her tunic...this nun opted for baby blue pasties instead!! Wow! And she didn't have small 'ones' either! The image is still in my head it was so gross!! I cannot "unsee" it!! lol We went across to Caesar's Palace and followed some bow-legged broad trying to walk in stilettos so I videoed her because it was rather humorous and then we went next door to look in the Conservatory at the Bellagio because they usually have amazing displays of flowers and seeds made into some form of art. The Conversavatory did not disappoint either. While there, we saw a couple getting ready to be married and I'm sure the Bellagio Conservatory made a memorable setting. We then watched the fountains outside of the Bellagio...they were exceptionally beautiful, especially with Sinatra playing in the background! Across the way was the Eiffel Tower of Paris and down the strip I saw The Donald peaking up from behind all the other high rises in the distance!! As we went back to Harrah's, we stayed and watched the Dueling Pianos for a bit and then went out to the patio and watched the house band, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, play for the rest of the evening. The bartenders flip bottles and put on a show like Tom Cruise did in Cocktail. It is rather entertaining to watch them flip and spin and pour up to 8 or so drinks at one time. Dana got suckered into dancing with a fellow from England and we also ran into 'Phoebe' from Friends and her husband 'Keith Urban'! 'Keith' wouldn't stand for a picture, he was being a fuddy duddy, but he had hair just like the real Keith even though his name was Tony, he was Keith the rest of our time there at Harrah's Patio! After arriving back at the condo, we put on our swimsuits and went for a midnight...or two, maybe three o'clock swim. Time just gets away from you when in Sin City!! lol black cocktail dresses cheap
